The service
NexTrades is analysis software, not a broker, exchange, investment manager or financial adviser. Access is personal and time-based. Do not resell access, bypass licensing or share private credentials.
Dependencies
Exchange data, connectivity, Windows compatibility and external AI providers affect availability. Data gaps, throttling and failed setups can occur. Third-party fees are separate.
Research and execution
Rankings, forecasts and simulated outcomes are not promises of results. Current live-order release acceptance is incomplete. Users remain responsible for decisions and lawful use.
Billing
Packages are prepaid and do not automatically renew. Prices are shown before checkout. Access can be suspended for misuse; transaction records may be retained as legally required.
