Is NexTrades an exchange or broker?+
No. It is Windows market-analysis software. The website sells access to the software, not cryptocurrency or an investment product.
Does every card represent a confirmed trade?+
No. WATCH, pending, retained, expired and verified states mean different things. Only current evidence and execution gates can authorize a candidate.
Does ATAS VERIFIED mean an official ATAS integration?+
Not by itself. The lane supports Direct market-data data with ATAS-style calculations. An optional bridge is distinct. NexTrades is not affiliated with ATAS or any exchange.
Can you guarantee a win rate or that a stop will not be hit?+
No. Losses, failed breakouts, slippage and liquidation are possible. Confidence ranks evidence; it is not a guaranteed TP probability.
What is included in time-based access?+
All advertised NexTrades research workspaces are in the full-feature access plan. Duration and device allowance vary by selected package. Third-party subscriptions and AI API usage are separate.
Will my access renew automatically?+
The initial checkout is prepaid, time-based access. It does not automatically renew. A later recurring product would require separate, explicit consent.
How much historical data is available?+
It depends on the exchange, symbol and timeframe. Missing historical DOM cannot be fabricated from candles. Captured flow starts when recording begins.
Is live order submission included?+
Current packaged live-trading acceptance is not complete. The product is marketed as an analysis workspace; live execution must not be assumed.
What operating system is supported?+
The supplied application is a Windows desktop build. Final installer requirements and signed release availability are listed on Downloads.
What happens after access expires?+
The website keeps your account and billing records. Desktop licensing integration is a separate deployment step; it must preserve user research data.
